Founder's Story

With the success of this project Raj decided to produce his very first solo single under the newly established brand, DREAM B3ATS. The single ‘Nachna Pao’ was played across many Indian mainstream Radio Stations, Brit Asia and featured in several newspapers with his name now being recognised not just in the UK but also across the pond in the USA, Canada, East Africa, Australia, India and many more.

While taking a break from the industry, Raj had an idea to launch a Public Relations (PR) Agency that would support and promote new and independent artists in the music industry, and in the month of April 2014, Xclusive PR was born! Although the agency was launched to help and support artists, Raj had other ideas and worked on expanding his business and setup a sub division for the corporate industry to provide his ever-increasing knowledge and experience to the corporate industry by helping businesses to gain the right level of visibility online and offline.

In January 2016 Raj launch his own Independent Record Label, Audio Replay, this project was launched to provide independent artists a platform to release their music through the first ever digital record label who give back to artists majority of their income whether that is track sales, royalties plus much more. The services of the label would provide expertise through the PR Agency to help artists increase their visibility to their core fans and to assist with providing a business plan and vision to increase multiple revenue streams.

In November 2021, Xclusive PR was named The Best Nationwide PR and Marketing Agency 2021, this was a very proud moment for Raj who was honoured to receive this award. Raj went onto to say ‘’ This award is not for me but is a recognition for all the hard work my team has done for the agency to get to the level that it is at today’’.
